Please don't believe everything negative you read about this company. Word on the street is the person that wrote one of the reviews is a disgruntled employee that was fired. I heard the software piracy issue, was due to an employee using it and the owners were unaware of it. I've heard only good things about DXD and evidently the pay can't be that bad as they have at least 4 or 5 employees that have been there for years. I've seen the work they do and I think it's very impressive!! That company is growing leaps and bounds and is going nowhere but up!
Pros: Great animation and very good to their employees
