Review content:
This used to be the place to go...until they started messing up orders. They started adding way too much starch and when I started asking for NO starch they would still add starch and I'd still pay for it even though it was their error. The last straw was this weekend. I made them write down NO Starch on the ticket and asked for an overnight service...paying extra fees. When I came to pick it up it was obvious there was starch included but they denied it. I ended up going home and having to launder the clothes myself due to the time factor. What a waste!!! Do NOT go here on the weekend...the staff talks to each other while you are placing your order, and the service is horrible. This is when the errors have always occured. During the week, the young man who works there is the only credible employee in my opinion....always friendly, consistent and never screws up! Take your things there only when he is working!
