I love Marble Slab at Memorial City Mall. I love it everywhere else I have had it. But this particular store is HORRIBLE!! DO NOT GO HERE. The server (same kid most of the time) is the cheapest and gives you barely any ice cream. Then if you have the gumption to complain, he says ""that will be extra charge."" He has said that to me 3 times. I REFUSE to go back. One time I spoke, he said ""that will be extra charge"". I refused and then he gave everyone else behind me super large scoops but continued to screw me over. One time we had a free ice cream coupon from buying earlier ice creams. It was for a free mixin and scoop on a cone. He lied and said the mixin ""will be extra charge"". I turned the coupon over where it said it was free and shooved it in his face. This kid doesn't know a thing about service, being polite, and the customer is always right. I hate this store with a passion. Save yourself and go to the nearest Cold Stone or another Marble Slab if you have a hankering for ice cream. The owner and kid of this store are way to cheap for you to get the value. You can get double the ice cream at the same price at Memorial City Mall's Marble Slab.
