Yes, the owner comes off a bit rough, but hey, he's a gamer trying to make a living at being a gamer. When you get past the outward piercings, he's a great kid who tries very hard to help my son find games that are #1 appropriate for his age and #2 fun! He gives totally honest reviews on the games. Even if it is in his shop, he will tell you it is lame if it is. I appreciate that. When we were shopping for a new DS for our son, his price was $10 cheaper and he can fix anything. Look past the outward appearance and treat him with respect and gives it back 10-fold!
