I want to love Cup, really I do - but the service and general attitude of their waitstaff is so awful that it kills it for me. Generally speaking the place isn't that bad - the food is very good and it's affordable, but week after week it's the same thing. Their staff are younger kids with bad attitudes. If they're not dumb, they're mean.
Pros: Cool space, affordable, good music, good cup o' joe
Cons: Wait staff are clueless dolts, wifi never works, new chili recipe stinks as compared to old
