Review content:
Although these apartments may appear nice, and the ladies inside the office may appear nice, it is all an act. I was a resident for years due to a financial hardship. Thank God I was able to move out last year! Rosehill Pointe management is the definition of slum lords. They only care about $$$ and that's where it ends. When you call the office to have things fixed, they send their maintenance over to try and patch things up with ""quick fixes"" and they always avoid spending cash to properly fix anything. You are pretty much on your own for any problem that may arise in your apartment. They are unprofessional, uncaring, and truly about saving cash. I have watched them avoid certain tenants while waiting in the office and I have also watched them lie for management to avoid certain tenants as well. I warn you despite the looks & new paint, keep driving by!!!
