I was the waiter who served the man and woman who said it was chicken. Sorry sir but your taste buds are off as our pork is pork and not chicken. Our pork tenderloin is not butterfly cut and what you had was a tenderloin of pork that was marinated and tenderized. Our cooks and servers know the difference between a chicken and a pig.. Do you?
