?When we purchased our home in Terra Linda I hired Paula to come and do an inspection of the pool. After reviewing her very thorough report, we discovered the seller had misrepresented the functionality of the pool equipment. We were able to negotiate a substantial price deduction thanks to our pool report. Since then she has provided our weekly service. She has seen us through a broken pump, broken underwater light and several pool covers and pool sweep repairs. I heartily recommend her professional and courteous services.?
