i would give this place a poor rating merely because of customer service. I haven't been to this place in years, and I decided to return a couple of days ago to drop off a load of clothes that needed drycleaning. At that time, I asked the employee if I can pay for the services with the coupon, but she told me I can pay for it when I pick up my items. When I returned today, another employee informed me that I should have presented the coupon when I dropped off my items. I was okay for paying full price, but I did nto appreciate two of the other employees who said ""no one told her that. she's lying."" I found that it was unprofessional and rude of her. All that should have come out of her mouth was, ""I'm sorry, but we can't grant you the discount. I am sorry you were misinformed."" I understand mistakes and miscommunications happen, but I do not appreciate her ignorance in handling this situation. I have made the decision to never return to that location.
Pros: one of the workers was empathetic
Cons: the other three in the back were just RUDE!!
