Businiess name:  Welsh's Cleaners

Review content:
In January, six of my shirts disappeared at Welsh's on Staring Lane. I was polite. I know this can happen. I repeatedly asked them to search. I offered to come behind the counter and run the racks myself. Finally, asking for a claim form, I was told I had to see the manager who does not work Saturdays. Weeks later, catching the manager in, she promised to search. Weeks later, she stated no shirts had been found. Politeness changed to impoliteness. That worked. Two weeks later, a phone cal that they had found my shirts. Guess what? They still charged me for them. The clerk explained that they had only been in two weeks! Nitwits run the place. It is dirty. Their idea of customer service was written by Attila the Hun. Don't go here. Pros: Shirts are nicely pressed Cons: They lose clothes and act as though it were your fault
