Review content:
I love this place. The omakase approaches ineffable. The uni-crusted oysters, chu-toro, o-toro, tai with jalapeno and garlic chips, and conch are some of my favorite delights. The dessert omakase is really fabulous too, if you still have an appetite after eating all of that delightful fish. In two visits and 30 dishes at Jinpachi, the only criticism I can muster was the savory egg custard was a bit underseasoned one night but was fine with the addition of soy sauce. Everything else was beyond reproach. Worth the money, even the parking ticket I got outside. This restaurant made me feel high for a week. Pros: One of the top 3 sushi places in LA Cons: Only one waiter for the whole [tiny] restaurant
