Review content:
Happy Valentine's Day.... after working all day my son waited until very late in the evening (the reservation time he was given) & took his girl to Biagio's for dinner after exchanging gifts. At the door they couldn't get his name correct on the reservation list so they were made to wait while they seated others then they were sent upstairs to wait again & told a table would be ready in a few minutes. They sat on a sofa while a table was set but were left there sitting in the lounge until they approached someone asking if that was their table. They ordered an overpriced appetizer then were told that the restaurant had ""run out of chicken parm"" for my son's girlfriend. She was offered pork which she does not eat. The menu is limited. The waitress returned saying ""they found one"". Assuming that meant they were going to be served a pre-prepared or frozen meal they cancelled their order, paid the bill & left. Pros: roofdeck Cons: inconsistent service & food
