Review content:
A group of us decided to celebrate a friends birthday this morning by having breakfast at FLAVOR Restaurant. The owner was very personable and even came out to have a conversation with our party. Shortly after we got our food a friend who ordered the CHICKEN and WAFFLES, noticed that her fried chicken was not cooked properly. The chicken was completely RAW once she cut into it. We asked for the manager, (Cassie) who came over and in fact was surprised herself at the raw piece of meat. She said"" I'm sorry I bring you another piece of chicken but I will not replace the waffle because you have eaten half of it. So take whatever you want off the plate and I will bring you only a piece of chicken"". We were in complete shock at her idea of a solution. We asked if she could replace the waffle along with the chicken so that she could eat the chicken and waffle together. She explained that it was the restaurants policy to only replace the single item that was unsatisfactory.
Cons: Incompetent Managers, Slow Service, Food just ok
