Very unprofessional in how they handle their customers. Went for dinner on a Thursday evening using a Groupon. On Thursdays martinis are half price. When we arrived at the restaurant I informed the manager at that time that I was using the Groupon, which she was aware of having been in communication with her the day before on the phone. We asked the server about the martinis being half price, he confirmed this. We proceeded to order our food. After eating, the bill did not reflect the half price for the martinis. We asked the server about this. He told us we could not combine two promotions! What! We told him no one told us there was a conflict with us using the Groupon and getting the martinis for half price. he went to the back for a considerable amount of time. A man came out with a tooth pick in his mouth, he had underlined in red some lines on the Groupon and asked us to read it! What! My friend read it and it stated could not be combined with any other promotions. We told him we were misinformed and would not have ordered the martinis if we had known. He made the comment, ""You mean to tell me that you have listened to music, ate a meal and do what you're doing, and feel you should leave out of here without paying anything?! OMG! We were never so humiliated! How unprofessional! To make matters worst, the manager, the server, and the man proceeded to talk about us among themselves while we were still there waiting to pay the bill!! We quickly paid the bill, without leaving a tip, and got the heck out of there! I have no intentions of partonizing this place ever again. I have never seen such unprofessional handling of a customer, and the food was not even all that great!!
