I had a recommendation to see Mary for a cut. I made an appointment but was still squeezed in while someone else's color was setting. Her station was a disaster, unorganized, color smeared everywhere, dust, old hair, dirty brushes etc. I sat down and she started to just talk and cut. I stopped her so I could at least tell her what I wanted. She was like okay and continued to talk about herself and stuff. I even ended up drying it myself after while she ate lunch and chatted with other employees. The cut wasn't bad, but it was nothing great. Unless they get their act together, get better organized and clean the place up I wouldn't go back. Plus if you do hair your own hair should look good, as in no two inch black roots. Pros: cost Cons: filthy, unorganized, no communication
