Not sure how many people come back to this place but we have not stepped foot back into it since our pool was put together in 2005. We experianced a leak at the end of the season on 07 and the pool emptied its 15000 gals of water into our yard. I called to get a replacement today for the liner under the warranty. I was met by the female telling me I would have to refill the pool and locate the leak. I was also told that the warranty was only for the seams. When asked how i locate the leak, the female said look for bubbles or look to see where the leak is on the outside of the liner. I said how do i do that since it has walls in front of it. She said again look for the bubbles... Also the waranty is prorated. none of this was covered.. STAY FAR FROM HERE.. Go to THE GREAT ESCAPE on Randall Road south of Algonquin.. There you will get great Service...
Pros: local
Cons: They provide service but it is poor... hard earned money spent better elsewhere
