Review content:
We took time off work to have a home estimate performed by American Vision Windows. The appointment was scheduled for 8 am. At 8:30 I called the office to find out why no one had shown up or called. They put me on hold and tried to reach the salesperson. Could not reach them. They called me back at 9:05 telling me they would not be able to keep their appointment, asking me if I could take another day away from work for another appointment. I said no and hung up. They apparently have very poor management at this office and equally poor communication systems set up to keep a simple appointment and call if there is an emergency. Upon that, asking me to arrange a make up appt around THEIR schedule is rude and inconsiderate and disrespectful. Three strikes and you are OUT.
Cons: disrespect, poor management, poor communications
