Review content:
Living in Ensenada it is very important to us to have good reliable mail service. We have had service with PO Box international for at least 10 years and after they switched to Mr. Mail we have had many problems, mainly with the delivery of packages. My most resent problem involved a package that came in without my PMB#, which is not their fault, but they did nothing to find out who it belonged to. I ask why they could not just look up my account information by my name and I was told that their system is not set up for that! Are you kidding me!!!
On another occasion I received an email stating that my package was at Mr. Mail and I just happened to be in the States, so I went to pick it up,,,but it was not there! They released it to the driver from Ensenada without my approval. So first I'm told they can't bring down my packages from Mr. Mail without my approval, then they do it anyway.
Very poor communication between PO Box Inter. and Mr. Mail,,,and most of all between us the customer. I need to find someone else!
