I would say that I am surprised by the reviews but since they are dated back in 2008 it is highly likely that this was a great office. Well here we are in 2010 and I must say that my experience has been less than favorable. I have been a patient for about five months now and have only been able to see Dr. Willie once. Everytime I call for an appointment, she is never available so i have to see the Nurse Practitioner. I get it she is very busy and working between two offices. On one appointment that should have been really brief, I waited for over two hours before I was seen. I had to keep asking when will someone see me. I dealt with that. Now I have a health issue that I am dealing with and went in for a follow-up. The nurse didn't seem to remember why I was there so I had to explain. Then I had to ask the Lab tech about some blood tests that I was supposed to have and she didnt have a clue. Here is the clencher. I was told to make an appointment for a follow up again but for what I wonder. I left and the next day I recieved a call from my pharmacy stating that I had a prescription for some anxiety medicine called in by the nurse. I said I dont have anxiety. I called the Office to inquire and to inform tha they had the wrong patient. How does that happen. I have been waiting for a call back for about three days not so they can get my chart correct. On top of everything else, the receptionist is RUDE in person and on the phone. I will have to find some place more organized and professional. Don't know how I feel about the Dr. cause I can never see her.
