HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!! Ordered our Alder double entry doors for $6100. Installation additional. The doors were about a week late but turned out fine. We are trying to have them touched-up with varnish and adjusted as weather has made them shift a small amount. The problem lies with customer service. I have left 5 messages (e-mail and phone) and received no call backs. Talked to Kurt and he assured me that his installers would call me back - never happened. They produce a decent door but forget about customer service.
