Review content:
Upon ordering the product it was to be available for pickup in 2-3 weeks, that quickly turned into 4 then 5 then 6. No phone calls from them to ever explain the delay instead I initiated all contact to find out the issues. After then picking it up, driving home (mind you I live 2 hours outside of Denver) they had forgot to send me with the brick modeling and come to find out the sidelight was installed on the wrong side. The hits just keep coming because their possible resolutions to the problem are less than ideal for the cost of the doors being almost $1000 over estimate and for the distance traveled. Less than 1 star would be a better rating. And check their F rating on the Better Biz Bureau website.
