I went in with a clear idea of what I wanted and with two pictures. Debbie looked at them, listened to me, and said she understood. And then she cut my hair completely differently, into a style which is the absolute worst thing...I HATE it. It looks nothing like what I wanted. It looks nothing like those pictures I showed her. I am going to have to get my hair re-done (by someone else! I don't trust her at all) and it will have to be much shorter than what I originally wanted to fix what she did. All I can figure is that her positive reviews online, which led me to make an appointment with her, were posted by friends and family of hers and not clients.
Pros: quick and friendly
Cons: doesn't do your hair the way you clearly ask
