It has been a long time since I've had such a nice experience in a store. This is a local jewelry store, not a chain, which already sets it apart. My boyfriend and I stopped in on a whim recently when we were in the area to see a movie, and I was so glad we did! I LOVE jewelry, and they have a lot of really beautiful and different things- not just the same stuff you see in every store in the mall. The woman who showed us around was really nice, and gave us a lot of information. My boyfriend and I have been talking about getting engaged, so we also looked at engagement rings. The clerk was so nice and so patient while I tired on almost every ring they had (all SO pretty)! She spent a lot of time giving us information, and answering our questions. We don't have a ton of money to spend, but we felt just as important as if we were spending a million. Other places we've been left us feeling kind of dismissed, because we're on a tight budget right now, and when we've said that, its like the sales clerk gives up. The woman we spoke with here gave us some interesting suggestions that would work with our budget, and make the ring really special. It was so nice to feel valued as a customer. We're both in grad school, and money is tight now, but in the future when we have more money to spend, I would want to spend it here. The quality of what they have looked great, and the quality of how they treat people is great, too. And I'm hoping to be surprised in the near future with an engagement ring in a Plante Jewelers box!
