Review content:
Everyone there is great and they employ all local folks. We've used them for probably 15 years and though they sometimes make mistakes they have always made good at no extra charge. Even helped with a SNAFU about a replacement car rental. They are the antithesis of the Maccos of this world.
We don't have tons of money and they've been creative about finding ways to keep the cost down. I suppose if I was obsessed with how my car looked I might use someone more expensive but they do a great job at a good price.
Pros: Very friendly, will work with you on insurance
Cons: Not great with the schedule
