Scott and company do an amazing job on our pool. When we had a problem with it not retaining chlorine he took it personal! Most other companies had given up and just kept throwing more shock at it. Scott agonized over it! He kept coming back -- more often than required -- until he got it back to the way our pool should look! You just don't get that kind of service from a company anymore.
Scott knows us by name. He stops to chat. He is friendly and engaging. He knows what customer service means and he truly cares. Everyone at Way Bright Pools is amazing! We wouldn't switch for anything. Their prices are in line with the rest of the industry and most-importantly their service exceeds everyone else.
The only con I can say is because they're a small business they don't have a large staff. They are punctual and they always take care of my pool though so it's not really a con. If they can't make it out on my scheduled day he calls and lets me know and comes out the next day. For us it's no big deal and it's extremely rare. I don't consider this a con but if you're a 'must have it now' kind of person then maybe the big company with 50 staff members is for you. They will always try to meet your needs but with only a few team members you have to be a little more flexible than you would with Gary Pools or Leslie. That's not a con for me -- I can be patient for service :-)
Pros: They care about you, your family and your pool.
Cons: Small business so staff is limited... MINOR CON!!!
