I have been a customer for a few years since we have moved into our new house and have had problems with their ""customer service."" I recently ordered oil and went on their website and logged on to my account. Where it states to order an oil delivery it tells you ""todays price"" and thats what I go by when I leave my check for the driver each time. I leave the check at the time of delivery because there is a 16 cents discount per gallon if paid within a wk. When I received my delivery a slip was left with a much higher price per gallon and I called the next day to find out why. Whomever I spoke with wasn't sure why that price was on the website and didn't even offer to fix the problem because now my check is $6 short. I'm a good paying customer and they couldn't even offer to except the fact that they made a mistake and move on. So now I just got a bill for $22 for the remainder, what happened to $6??? The people you speak with when you call are of NO help at all!!! and don't plan to email them because they don't respond to that either!!! WE ARE LEAVING PETERSON OIL AND MOVING ON, THERE ARE PLENTY OF OIL CO. OUT THERE THAT WOULD ME MORE THAN WILLING TO TAKE MY $$$$.
