Review content:
wanted to share my ultra-disapointing experience on the heels of several recent reviews that also describe a decent meal spoiled by arrogant attitude of the restaurant staff. Dined here last a couple of years ago with my parents and 2 very-well behaved teenage boys. right away we got attitude from the staff - first they iognored us, taking 30 minutes before taking our order, then when we inquired about our entrees after another 30 minute wait after appetizers, were quickly rebuked by the manager who said, ""sorry -most our diners don't bring children and prefer to take their time enjoying the dining experience here"" baarf! our kids could have taught the snooty manager a thing or two about basic courtesy...Ming needs to get a clue as to how his showcase is presenting an attitude that won't stand the test of time as chefs who appreciate their customers will whiz by him (as is alreayd happening) - wake up ming and smell the mustard
Pros: good food
Cons: bad attitude - arrogance ++
