Review content:
I've shopped at several bike shops over the years in the Boston area. Wheelworks is the only shop that has actually taken the time to educate me on the equipment (bikes and otherwise). I have NEVER felt pressured to buy and have always found it easy to find someone to help me. I've had the misfortune at other shops of being misfitted on bikes. Others seem to be more interested in pushing a particular brand than finding just the right bike for you.
