DONT RENT FROM ANY CAPITAL PROPERTIES. Safety concerns of the apt. (pulled fire alarms, broken locks)are never investigated or mitigated. BEDBUGS are a MAJOR concern, which the management never fully explains the situation you face when you have them. If you like your peace and quiet, you will not get it here - walls are paper thin. Although rent is cheap, not worth the nightmare you have to go through. I cannot wait till the day my lease is up.
