I have been using Paypal CC processing for over a year now and just recently decided to sign up for ""real"" merchant services. Paypal is way too expensive and don't get personal first name service. I have spoken to several merchant account representatives but never trusted them. They seemed pushy and in some instances a bit sleezy. Because of that, I continued using Paypal. It wasn't until I spoke to a friend of mine about how I was processing transactions that he recommended Keith at ACC. My friend has managed several high profile retail outfits so I knew that I would be in good hands. I called Keith and within a few minutes, I was confident that he was a good fit for me. Sure enough, Keith proved himself. It started off with a thorough explanation of how everything works, he asked many questions about my business and even went into great detail on what would work best for me. From that point on, Keith went over and beyond to make sure that I was setup, comfortable and satisfied with using the equipment he personally installed. He was extremely punctual and always followed up to make sure that I was satisfied with my new merchant account. The amount of time he spent at my shop was impressive. My business is small and running on a part-time basis yet, he treated me as if I was one of his biggest clients. That meant a lot to me. I HIGHLY recommend Keith. And, who knows, he may even bring you some freshly made cinnamon scones.
