Review content:
Went to Bella medspa for laser hair removal. It hurt very badly during the treatment, I told the technician I was in pain and she continued, without turning down the machine. Immediately after my treatment I was in excruciating pain. I then had to ice my face for 4 hours. In the morning I was left with 50 or so purple/brown large spots on my face. I called Bella medspa. They said this does happen and they were sorry. No refund. Nothing. I haven't been able to leave my house. Take my kids to birthday parties because of these marks. I have been informed by a doctor that this will take months of treatment to go away - if it even ever is normal again. This Bella medspa tech did not know what she was doing. Do NOT go to Bella medspa!!!
