I love the people who work here. They not only helped me select fashionable frames and lenses at the most discounted price, but the doctors will really work with you until you are satisfied.
I had a huge issue with contact lenses before I went to Cohen's. I just could never get over the fear/inability to touch my eye. My doctor was uber-patient and scheduled me for several practice visits. He said I could come in as often as I wanted to practice using contacts with his staff until I felt confident enough on my own--and it worked! He didn't even charge me for all the extra time I spent.
Later on, when one of my coworkers accidentally stepped on and mangled my new frames, the Cohen's staff took at look at them and repaired them in less than 1 hour FOR FREE. They are really nice, generous people and I enjoy doing business with them.
