Hello, this is my 4th visit to the Midas company and I am very impressed. For a woman, and I don't really know much about cars, I am the type of person to ask a WHOLE bunch of questions, and learn how things work from youtube under the hood, so I'm not clueless.
But anyway these guys are one of the coolest, not only telling me what my car may or may not need, but showing me what it looks like(while in the garage), and giving me a great price for it. They do courtesy checks, not too many places do that, that I know of when you come in for no extra charge(check fluids, tire pressure, belts, power steeering fluid, air filter, tire depth, and i think a few other things). Never installed or did ANY work without my permission, and today they actually saved me about $40 bux on a transmission fluid change, and he didn't even have to.
I guess to try to make a long story short, I have a drain whole at the bottom of my pan, so instead of taking the whole pan out and doing extra work, he simply drained it and charged me less. And that's good for a college student. :). It is a pet peeve(if that makes sense) to be taken advantage of, and the guys and straight forward, you can see everything being done right from the waiting room. Probably have to stand on you tippie toes if short like me.lol lol. But every time, great customer service, car service, and always honor the coupons that you bring in, they help out too. :).
