I insure my condo and my cars through Wendy, and she is simply the best agent I've ever had.
I had to move to NorCal, she handled my renter's policy, my condo policy for tenant, etc. She doesn't miss anything.
I was in an accident in NorCal, she helped me get my car towed to a State Farm approved shop less than a mile from my home to get me back to business as soon as possible.
Now I am moving to TX while my family stays in San Diego. She called the agent in TX and seemingly found someone for me that is on top of it as she is (rare but true). She did all the work for me. In less than 15 minutes on the phone with the agent in TX, I was completely squared away with auto and renter's insurance.
Above and beyond customer service and she will always get my business until she decides to retire (which I hope is a long way off).
