I replied to a job posting and also heard back within 2 days via email from a recruiter named Maureen Hood, Sr. Managing Director. Maureen asked in the email if I had experience that was abundantly listed within my resume that I posted. She also asked that I send a copy of my resume, which I did. Over the next two weeks she sent me a couple of emails stating ""We should talk."" or ""What is a good time to call?"" All of which I responded to immediately. I called her twice where it seemed that nothing was going to happen via email. I was put on hold and after five minutes hung up. I called her back the following morning and got to speak with her long enough for her to tell me she would gather my info and call back. I got another email this morning (the following week) stating, ""Sorry time got away from me the other day! Can you talk this week?"" I called again this morning and left a voice mail and still no return call. So if you want to work with an absent recruiter that strings you along via email, Maureen Hood and Reardon Associates is exactly what you're looking for!! If this is any indication of what my experience will be like in future dealings, I'm all set!!! The position that I applied for and was told was a match was listed three weeks ago! I hope that employer is not in any hurry to fill the opening because they will be very disappointed!!
