Review content:
Hired him to do a job and gave $5000 down payment, he back out of original verbal contract. Gave him a second chance with a written contract and he did a little work and then decided he does not want to do the job -- yet he spent my money and does not have any monies to refund me. Do not hire him -- you will be sorry. He was also connected with A & W Painting (Andre) who was to do the paint work -- both have not made any effort to complete the work or refund my money.
