I'm a repeat customer. I recently used the DeRocco building crew again on a significant remodeling and addition job. The work performed was beyond satisfactory and the customer service was exceptional. Was a little surprised to see some of the other comments on here. I'm not sure about the behind the scenes treatment of subs, but the subs DeRocco used for my decking job were courteous and responsive and displayed a good working relationship with the DeRocco team. In addition, I have had enough experience with the core carpenters on the crew to know that they are professional and provide an outstanding product. I have recommended this company to friends, family and neighbors in absolute confidence that they will get the job done. Sidebar: I recently done a homeowners claim and asked my contractor (Buddy DeRocco) to stop by to offer some friendly FREE advice beforehand. He provided me informative answers to questions I had and were helpful during the claim process.
