If I could give this place Zero Stars I would!! They were AWFUL and almost ruined my wedding. First: They said my wedding dress would be ready by 2pm on the Thursday before my wedding. I went and the lady did not have it pressed and did not offer an apology! She told my mother and I to come back at 4 but I was not able to make it due to prior commitments. So My mother picked it up and I wasn't able to try it on until my wedding day ( I'm an out of town bride). Second: On my wedding day I tried it on and the bust was concaved and the bustle drug on the floor. So all night people were stepping on my dress. I had to put socks in the middle of my bust to keep it from folding in. It was so embarrassing because people could tell. Third: I called and asked for my money back and they told me I was lying and that they would not do anything whitout me coming to the shop and showing them. They only said this after they found out I live in TN and had to fly back right after the wedding. What an awful bunch of people. If you need jeans hemmed then sure try them out but for anything important PLEASE do not trust these horrible people!!
