Review content:
I noticed that not too many hot tub dealers in Denver had reviews, nor could we find much in the way of consumer reports on any spas sold in our state. So we deceided that we were probably on our own to find the spa that best suited us as well as our budget. Boy,were we in for a bumpy ride! We started out looking for the best candidates on the web and created a list of things we liked and didn't before we went shopping. We probably shopped for a spa at 8 different stores all around Denver. At the first couple of stores, I thought I was shopping for a used car. The salespeople were ruthless. They seemed to talk more about how bad everyone else was and how great they were, that we felt as though we were getting no information. We felt as if they were just out for the big sale and had little to no time to truly listen to want we wanted. The tubs we looked at were expensive and we had no intention of walking into ""the perfect deal"" as one guy called it. Exhausted, frustrated, and ready to give up on the whole concept we saw one more store we wanted to stop at, Arctic Spas in south Denver. We had no idea what we were about to experience, given the nature of our previous dealings. Totally different experience than what we had been through the last couple of days. We were greeted as we walked in and then left alone for a few minutes to look at what they had. After a few minutes, a salesman approached us and we began to ask some questions. He walked us through the showroom, showing us how the tubs were made and explaining the many differences we hadn't even thought about. He took time with us, in fact we were in this store for 2 hours, where as before it was 15 minutes and we were aching to leave. Our minds were made up. We did business with Arctic Spas Mile High. Great group of guys, from the sale to the delivery which was 2 weeks ago, we love this hot tub and highly recommend doing business with this company! In our opinion, these guys redefined great customer service!
Pros: They took time to help us, weren't high pressure, gave us a great deal on a great hot tub
