I moved here Aug 2009. I was stoked when I saw the sign but was totally bummed to find out it was boarded up. Too bad because I live a couple of blocks away from it. Good thing there is a Starbucks right next to it in the Smith's Grocery Store! I'll give it all stars because if it was here it would be awesome : )
