Review content:
This place practices poor business ethics. I went to the 1340 Smith Ave location to pick up a dozen cupcakes on my way to a baby shower. I had a Living Social voucher which was $16 for a dozen cupcakes. I knew ahead of time that the voucher had expired, however in fine print, it stated that the paid value of $16 does not expire until 10/23/2016. The girls behind the cashier were fairly new and were not sure how to proceed since they did not have the scanner present. So they called the owner. I spoke with her for about 5 minutes during which she was full of excuses for not honoring the voucher. First it was because I didn't print it out (even though it states in the fine print I can pull up the voucher and present it on my smartphone) Then it was, well I didn't give them enough time in advance, then it was well the voucher expired, and it's not really being honored anymore because there were so many people who bought them. WTF? Lady, you can keep your dozen cupcakes. I am NEVER coming back and will spread the word that your customer service is absolutely horrendous, lack thereof.
