Where do I begin...I called in my order 2 months in advance for a birthday party, they didn't call me to talk about the order until the night before. They wanted a credit card to hold the order which was fine but I asked them not to charge it because my friend was going to pay for them, they charged my card anyway. And when I asked them to credit my card and charge another card, they said they would but never did. They were 2 hours late for the party and didn't call to tell me. They didn't get the order correct. Were they good? Yes, but everyone at the party was too fuming with their poor customer service to enjoy them.
Pros: tasty
Cons: the worst customer service I have ever wittnessed.
