I am often disappointed when ordering Prime Rib at restaurants. NOT THE CASE Here! It was a special night out and we were in the mood for a nice - GOOD dinner. We both ordered the Prime Rib. The regular cut was at least 1 1/4 inches thick. The larger cut had to be more than 1 1/2"" thick. They were cooked to perfection, but most importantly, very tender and well seasoned. The caesar salad had a great ""bite"" and complimented the meal well. The Alaskan crab legs I would pass on next time. They were a bit dry and lacked the sweetness that I was hoping for.
Pros: Prime Rib, house cab, great sourdough, ""Hot"" Caesar salad, Rob the waiter
Cons: Alaskan King Crab legs, loud talkers in the next table
