Last spring I found myself in dire need of some spiritual/emotional help, having just been dumped by my boyfriend and then my employer, blind-sided in a span of two weeks, I sought comfort in chocolate and hiding in my house. After a month of wallowing in pity and sorrow, I knew I had to do something.
Cons: Sometimes some of the students are not welcoming. They never move their mats to give other space. I do not understand that as it seems to be contrary to what yoga teaches us.
