Review content:
I'm serious about my yoga and the teachers who are training it and the Yoga Sanctuary teachers are far, far superior to any of the other yoga instructors around town. I took classes at the hot yoga studios and the instructors were more like gym instructors or personal trainers. They may throw in a few words about ""mind, body and spirit"" but you can tell they're not serious yogis. They come with this gym mentality and it shows through. There are also pilates, dance and fitness studios here that toss in some yoga classes I guess as filler --- but why would someone want to practice yoga in a space not sincerely devoted to yoga?? I don't get it. I want to study in a real yoga studio. I think Yoga Sanctuary all shows their dedication by their guest yoga teachers. They bring in some of the best instructors on earth like Seane Corn, Ashley Turner and Annie Carpenter to teach special events. I'm grateful that they care enough to bring their students something more. Pros: Their Yoga Teachers Are The Real Thing!
