Every time I take a class at Yoga Sanctuary I find myself thinking ""That is exactly what I needed,"" when I didn't even know that I was missing something or in need of something to begin with. Their classes are so liberating and leave you glowing inside and out. The studios are GORGEOUS and the teachers are top notch. They bring a lot of fun and lightness to the practice. If you are looking to get into yoga this is a great place to do it. They are ideal for a beginner or the super yoga master because their classes cover the gamut from easy/relaxing to sweaty/challenging. I've been to a number of places in Vegas that claim to be yoga studios and none compare to Yoga Sanctuary. I definitely recommend YS.
