Review content:
When you?re on the road and away from your local studio, it?s always a treat to find a place where you can do some yoga and maybe even make a few friends. Yoga Sanctuary in Las Vegas is one such place. Truthfully my first visit to Yoga Sanctuary wasn?t to practice yoga, but simply to purchase a candle for my sister at their gift shop. But when I walked into the studio and had a look at their schedule and the space, I started to have a feeling that it might be a place worth trying out. The next day I came for an Ashtanga session and was pleasantly surprised to find a great class led by a very knowledgeable and helpful instructor. His name was Shawn. I noticed he was teaching again later in the week so I returned to take class with him once more. It was rewarding physically and for my soul. After class I chatted with some of the students and they were kind enough to invite me to join them at a nearby Starbucks. The company couldn't have been sweeter or warmer. If you are an out-of-town yogi I urge you to put Yoga Sanctuary on your ""must visit"" list. BTW, the students told me that Yoga Sanctuary just opened a second location in east Las Vegas if you happen to be staying in that part of town.
