The representative was very well informed and able to help us understand the wonderful benefits of cleaning with a Rainbow air cleaning system. It cleans virtually everything in your home and uses water as its main filter. Truly amazing. great warranty and quality. can't wait to use mine. Every home in the world should have a Rainbow in it.
Pros: Fun and Very Educational
Cons: Showed me my new cleaner doesn't and never will work, yikes!
