Review content:
My experience was much better than most of the reviews here would indicate. The staff was pretty attentive, and the food was moderately good (not the best Chinese I have ever had, but certainly much better than the worst). The ingredients were fresh, the serving area was clean and attractive, and the preparation was good. However, there are two things that may have been key differentiators for me. The first is that I was with a Chinese family that was speaking Mandarin the whole time. The second is that we went into the dining area on the left at the top of the stairs. The other areas (on the right, and downstairs) were both a madhouse so I would guess that the staff was probably overloaded and the best food was probably scarce in both of those areas.
