I've read all of the reviews posted, and I am happy to say that I had a great experience with MIT. The staff were professional and easy to access via phone. All interactions were documented on my receipt and I did not have to repeat myself with each call. The turn around time was good and they were more than wiling to go the x-tra mile to make me happy. I highly recommend this store.
